Three things — the formula, the method, and the finish.

Traditional lifts use a TGA-based solution, the same family of ingredients as a hair perm. It works fast, but it's very easy to overprocess fine lashes. Our Korean lift uses a thioglycolate-based formula — slower and much gentler. It was developed for lashes that are naturally finer and straighter and needed a softer approach.

The method is glueless. Traditional lifts stick your lashes to the rod with a water-based glue that hardens as it sets — once they're glued down, the artist can't check how your lashes are actually responding and just goes by the clock. That's risky, because lashes aren't uniform: inner corners are finer, tips are thinner than roots, damaged areas process faster. Without glue, we check your natural lashes throughout and time everything to your lashes — not the timer.

After the lift, we apply a conditioning serum and set the shape precisely. Your lashes keep setting for about 24 hours, so that clean finish is what holds the shape while you keep them dry.

Yes — for regular appointments, just pick your artist when you book. The only exception is Happy Hour: artist selection isn't available for those promotional times.

Happy Hour is a set of appointment times offered at a special promotional price. The trade-off: you can't choose your artist for Happy Hour bookings. And since it's already discounted, it can't be combined with other promotions like the touch-up discount.

It depends on the condition of your lashes. Around 3–4 weeks after your last lift, new growth at the roots is usually ready for another lift. If you'd rather play it safe, you can wait longer — and if you come back within 6 weeks, you'll get $15 off the regular price as a touch-up. (The touch-up discount can't be combined with Happy Hour pricing.) We'll check your lashes at your appointment and tell you honestly what's best.

Yes, after the first 24 hours. We recommend a water-based or tubing mascara — skip waterproof formulas and oil-based removers to make your lift last.

Keep them dry for the first 12–24 hours — no water, steam, saunas, or heavy sweating. After that, you're good.

A tint darkens your natural lashes right after the lift. You can choose brown, dark brown, or black. We usually recommend adding it — the lift alone gives you the curl, but the tint makes it look dramatic and defined. The Korean Lash Lift + Tint combo is the full package: you leave needing nothing else, no mascara required.

No — we don't take extension fills from other salons.

Please let us know before booking if you’ve had a lash lift in the last 8 weeks, or if you’ve ever had a reaction to lash lift, tint, or adhesive products. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor first — we’ll advise on the best timing.

Come with clean lashes — no mascara (especially waterproof), no lash curler that day. If you wear contacts, bring your glasses or a case.
